Store raw Company

Our Company imports raw paper rolls from European Countries or any other area in the world, which is distinguished by its high quality of raw, as we stored it in our raw stores, to be moved after that to Production Hall and then manufacture it (Cutting, Packing, and Covering) to become after that a full product ready for use.

As shown in the attached photo, a roll of raw paper at our raw materials store, where it is stored till its usage in manufacturing, taking into consideration all storing conditions & factors, to keep the storage in its best state, to be used in manufacturing stage to transfer it to a full (complete) product, ready for use.

The materials that the raw material store have, are divided to three main sections: (Pls note that the following points are five and not three)

  1. Raw rolls for photocopy paper (imported) with the weights of 60, 70, and 80 gm.
    • Raw rolls for manufacturing of notebook, block note, lined paper and writing paper.
    • Inks used in lining  notebook and adding margins.
  2. Glossy covers for notebook and block note.
  • Photocopy paper covers and carton boxes used in packing our products.

After that, the cranes and mechanical lifts pull off the raw from the raw material store and transmit it to Production Hall (manufacturing), as the raw materials face (pass by) several stages from manufacturing stage till we reach the full product.

Manufacturing operation that the raw materials are exposed to, differs according to the type of the required product, and to any line of production it will be directed ….. For example, if the required product is a notebook, then the raw rolls will be directed to notebook production line, which is previously arranged, checked and had its preventive maintenance needed before operating ….. If the required product if photocopy paper, the raw rolls for photocopy paper will be directed to its production line …..and so on.

Our factory is distinguished by having its production line, with full automation without any personal interference except controlling phase  only…. And as a result, we receive a high quality product…. Finally the product reaches the final stage of all manufacturing stages, in which it will be covered by PVC coat to keep it away from humidity, especially photocopy paper, and this stage is taking place according to customer inquiry…. After that, each five photocopy paper parcels are packed inside a carton box , that has to be tied by a binder to be closed tightly, and handled easily across the different outlets till it will reach the final consumer.
